Each tour is personalized to match your interests, allowing for a flexible and relaxed pace throughout your experience. Example Itinerary Pickup at Hiroshima Station → Peace Memorial Museum & Peace Park → Hiroshima Castle → Gokoku Shrine → Shukkeien Garden → Return to Hiroshima Station Enhance your experience with an optional professional photography session. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while maintaining the quality of your personalised experience, our policy applies to tours, private photography sessions, and photography/video packages as follows: - Cancellations 7+ days in advance: Full refund minus a small processing fee - Cancellations 3–6 days in advance: 50% refund - Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or session: No refund Rescheduling: Tours or photography sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability, at no additional cost. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of severe weather, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety or the quality of your experience, we may offer the option to reschedule your tour or photography session at no additional cost. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or photography session. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee extensions due to other scheduled bookings. Photography & Video Delivery: If your booking includes professional photography or video, you will receive 15 high-resolution edited photos and a highlight video summarising your session or tour. Delivery will be within two weeks of your experience. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours may affect the production of photos or videos. This policy ensures that every experience – whether a tour or photography session – remains personalised, safe, and carefully planned, while protecting the quality of your photos and videos.
